This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter — "Agreement") governs the relationship between CSS Invest (hereinafter — "Platform") and the user (hereinafter — "User") when using the platform for investing in digital infrastructure.
By registering on the platform and using its services, you automatically accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any terms, please do not use the platform.
To use the platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all actions performed under your account.
The platform provides the ability to create investment portfolios with a specified annual percentage rate (APR). Profit is accrued daily or monthly depending on the selected capitalization type. All calculations are performed automatically based on the specified parameters.
The user agrees to: use the platform only for lawful purposes, not violate the rights of other users, not attempt to hack or disrupt the platform, provide accurate information.
The platform agrees to: ensure the security of user data, provide access to the platform in accordance with the Agreement terms, promptly notify of important changes.
The platform is not liable for possible losses related to the user's investment decisions. All investments involve risks. The user is solely responsible for their investment decisions.
All platform materials, including design, texts, graphics, software, are the property of CSS Invest and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The platform reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
The user may stop using the platform at any time. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access in case of violation of the Agreement terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if agreement cannot be reached, through legal proceedings.
